CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY

4.1If you wish to cancel your order:

  • ayou can notify us by email to mail@jaijai.co.uk before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
  • bwhere goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.
  • 4.2We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition with all labels attached and in the original packaging, within 30 days from completion of order. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless the item was sent in error.
  • 4.3Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
  • 4.4The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in the previous clause above will not apply in the following circumstances:
    1. in the event that the product has been used. The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.
  • 4.5Since we offer free delivery on all items and therefore we will only refund the costs of your return and postage in the unlikely event that your item is faulty or has arrived damaged. If you choose to exchange your item you will be required to pay the subsequent delivery charge incurred.
  • 4.6JaiJai is not responsible for returned items until they are received by us according to clause 4.2 and we will notify you of receipt by e-mail. We would suggest for your own protection that you use a signed for postage service with adequate insurance to cover the cost of the returned goods.
